Flow, Breathe, Be

Join Chancy and Henaz for a monthly gentle class that includes Reiki, Pranayama, Meditation and Movement to get our qi flowing. Community is so healing. And now, more than ever, we need spaces to connect, heal, rest, and breathe deeply. We started this sessions virtually during the height of the pandemic. We are now offering these classes in person with hands-on Reiki.

  • All the Qi (lifeforce/prana) moved during any acupuncture treatment is already inside you.

  • Nothing is added to you to make you whole or better.

  • You are and have always been just what you needed.

  • All the beauty of the world is in every breath we take, every step we walk, every bite we eat.

  • You are here.

  • You are now.

  • Your breath will bring you back.
